Targets in writing first
Set from your audit, sized to your market and your baseline. You see them and agree them before any money moves.
The guarantee
Most agencies ask for a year and a leap of faith. I write your targets down before I start, measure them against the numbers you have today, and keep working for free if I miss. Month to month throughout, so nothing holds you anywhere.
Set from your audit, sized to your market and your baseline. You see them and agree them before any money moves.
The day I can actually work: your site, your Google Business Profile, your Search Console. Not the day you sign.
The next month is on me. Stay and let it land, or stop there and owe nothing further. Your call, not mine.
Every business starts from a different place, so a single number printed on a website would be worth nothing to you. After the audit I write down what I expect to move in 90 days for your business, in your market, from the position you are actually in. You read it, you push back on it, and we both sign off before the first invoice.
That document is the guarantee. Not a slogan, not a range I quote to everyone. If I cannot write targets I believe in for your business, I tell you on the call and we do not start.
Two layers, because that is how the work actually lands. First your visibility in search: impressions, clicks, the queries you appear for, your position in the map pack, the views and direction requests on your Google Business Profile. Then the enquiries that follow it: calls from search, form submissions, messages.
Your targets cover both. Visibility is not a consolation prize I fall back on, it is the leading indicator, and it moves weeks before the phone does. Enquiries are the point, and they are in the document too.
I am not going to send you a chart of green arrows and call it a win. But I am also not going to pretend the two move on the same day, because they do not, and any agency telling you otherwise has not run the work.
In the first week, before anything changes, I record where you stand: Search Console impressions and clicks, your Google Business Profile views, calls and direction requests, your current call volume and form leads. You get that baseline in writing. It is not my memory against yours later.
From there the tracking runs continuously and the monthly report shows the same numbers in the same order, so you are never comparing two different pictures. At day 90 we put the baseline and the current numbers side by side against the targets we agreed.
The window opens the day I have everything I need to work: admin access to your website, manager access to your Google Business Profile, and Search Console. If Search Console is not set up, I set it up and the clock starts once it is verified.
It does not start the day you sign. Waiting two weeks for a password would eat your window, and that would not be fair to either of us.
The guarantee assumes I can do the work. It holds as long as these do:
None of these are traps, and none of them arrive as a surprise on day 90. They are the conditions the work needs, and if one of them starts slipping you will hear it from me that week, in writing, while there is still time to fix it.
Tell me within 14 days of the 90 day mark. A message is enough. No form, no notice period, no retention call.
The next month runs at no charge. Search compounds, and a month is usually the difference between visibility that has landed and enquiries that have caught up to it, so more often than not that month is when it arrives.
If you would rather stop instead, stop. There is no contract holding you to a fourth month and nothing further to pay. You keep the website, the pages and the profile work already live, you get every login, and I will tell you straight what I would do next even though I am not the one doing it.
The commercial terms around this sit on the terms page, and the plans it applies to are on the homepage.
The fine print, in plain words
The consultation is free. You leave it knowing what is broken and what I would commit to in writing.
